Waiver & Release of Liability (General)

I acknowledge that my participation in The Pink Reset® With Yvette Retreat may involve physical, emotional, wellness, and group activities that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, emotional distress, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation. I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless The Pink Reset® With Yvette Retreat, its founder, facilitators, instructors, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the retreat, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  

I understand and agree that I am responsible for consulting with a licensed physician or healthcare provider prior to participation if I have any medical, physical, or emotional conditions that could affect my ability to safely participate. I agree to follow all instructions, guidelines, and safety protocols provided during the retreat.

I confirm that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly and freely accept the terms of this waiver.

Arizona-Specific Activity Addendum

​

For participants attending the retreat in Arizona, I understand that certain retreat activities may be conducted outdoors or in environments subject to Arizona weather conditions, terrain, and local regulations.

​

I acknowledge and accept that participation in retreat activities within the State of Arizona may involve additional inherent risks, including but not limited to heat exposure, physical exertion, and environmental conditions. I agree that this waiver and release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under Arizona law, and that if any portion is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

I expressly agree that this waiver applies to all retreat-related activities conducted in Arizona, whether on or off retreat premises.
